“You don’t have to be falling apart to want something more — and you don’t have to have it all together to ask for help.”

Hi, I’m Lexi Soderholm. I provide holistic, proactive therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I believe that true healing happens when we look at the whole person—emotionally, physically, and relationally.

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I specialize in Functional Nutrition. What is that? It isn't a standard diet plan; it is a clinical deep-dive into the "why" behind your symptoms. By focusing on the roots of health—digestion, inflammation, and genetics—and prioritizing the non-negotiables of sleep, bowel movements, and blood sugar, I help clients find relief from chronic health concerns and mental health challenges that may not have responded to traditional talk therapy methods (though we can do that too).

I am also trained in Brainspotting for trauma, Prepare/Enrich for premarital counseling, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy for our littlest ones (ages 0-5). Whether you are looking for traditional clinical therapy or a standalone functional nutrition consultation to address a specific diagnosis, I am here to support your journey toward sustainable health.

Outside the therapy room, I love to travel, visit local coffee shops, seek out cultural experiences, host game nights with loved ones, and spend time outdoors. Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons. I'm also a new mom (and loving it!).

Considering therapy takes courage. You don’t have to go it alone — I’m here to support you.
