“You don’t have to be falling apart to want something more — and you don’t have to have it all together to ask for help.”
Hi, I’m Lexi. I’m a therapist for people who are doing 'fine' on paper, but feel a mismatch between how they spend their days and who they actually want to be. I take a holistic, whole-person approach to therapy, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe true healing happens when we look at the whole picture of your life, and I can incorporate a Christian foundation for clients who wish to bring their faith into our sessions.
I act as a collaborative partner, mirror, and navigator to help you drop the internal self-talk that trips you up. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating grief, identity changes, and the heavy transitions of life, as well as those wanting to explore how their stress and self-talk impacts their relationship with their body and daily lifestyle rhythms.
We’ll skip the dense clinical jargon and focus on real, two-way conversation. Together, we will work on closing the gap between the life you’re living and the person you truly are, building sustainable rhythms that feel authentic to you.”
