Lexi will be seeing clients in-person in Albertville and via telehealth in later fall 2025.
“You don’t have to be falling apart to want something more — and you don’t have to have it all together to ask for help.”
Hi, I’m Lexi Soderholm — a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for holistic, proactive care. I believe your quality of life matters — emotionally, physically, spiritually, relationally, and beyond. Therapy doesn’t have to be a last resort; it can be a space for prevention, healing, and growth at any stage of life. Whether you're facing something sudden or navigating a slow buildup, you’re welcome to come as you are.
My background includes training in child-parent psychotherapy (trauma-informed care for little ones 0–5 and their caregivers), a certification in functional nutrition, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families, and young children, and center my approach on authenticity, curiosity, and the belief that you already have the answers for change within your reach; I’m just here to support and empower that process.
In our work together, we might explore relationships, food, movement, stress, community, or rest — anything impacting your well-being.
Outside of the therapy room, I love travel, local coffee shops, cultural experiences, and time outdoors. Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons. I’m also a new mom (and loving it!), and enjoy walks, yoga, baking, and game nights.
Considering therapy takes courage. You don’t have to go it alone — I’m here to support you.
